Clear and responsible use
We want the website to remain accessible, useful and safe. In return, every visitor must use it lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with its purpose.
Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to nzimgroup.com, browsing it and using its features, including the contact and newsletter subscription forms.
By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the website.
Access to the website
Browsing public pages does not require an account. Costs associated with the Internet connection, equipment or browser used remain the visitor’s responsibility.
Access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, updates, technical or security issues, or events beyond our control. We aim to restore the service within a reasonable timeframe where this is within our control.
Information and services presented
The text, illustrations, projects and service descriptions present NZIM GROUP’s activities and work. They are provided for information and may change to reflect new offerings, methods or availability.
General information displayed on the website does not, by itself, constitute a promise of a deadline, price, outcome or availability for a particular project. These details must be specified in a proposal tailored to the client’s needs.
Requests, quotes and contracts
Sending a message through the contact form constitutes a request for information, an appointment or a quote. It does not automatically conclude a contract or guarantee acceptance of the project.
You describe your need and its context.
The scope, price, deadlines and deliverables are specified in writing.
The commitment arises in accordance with the terms set out in the proposal or contract.
If there is a difference between the website and an accepted contractual document, the contractual document applicable to the project takes precedence. An order concluded electronically remains subject to the applicable legal requirements concerning information, acceptance and confirmation.
Permitted use of the website
By using the website, you undertake to:
- provide accurate information and not impersonate another person;
- not use the forms to send spam, fraudulent or unlawful messages;
- not attempt to bypass security, access the website without authorisation or disrupt its operation;
- not introduce malware, automate abusive requests or extract content in bulk;
- respect the rights of NZIM GROUP, its clients, partners and other third parties.
Intellectual property
Text, graphic elements, photographs, videos, logos, interfaces, software and other content accessible on the website may be protected by copyright, industrial property rights or other rights. They remain the property of their respective owners.
Browsing the website transfers no ownership rights. Except where permitted by law or with the owner’s written agreement, reproducing, modifying, selling, publishing, distributing or exploiting these elements, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
External services and links
The website may contain links or content from third-party services, including YouTube, Brevo, EmailJS and social media. These services have their own terms and policies.
NZIM GROUP selects integrations that are useful to the website, but does not continuously monitor the availability, changes or all practices of external websites. Visitors should read their terms before using them.
Availability, security and liability
We take reasonable measures to maintain the website, correct known errors and limit security risks. However, no Internet service can be guaranteed to be continuously available or entirely free of risk.
To the extent permitted by law, each party is liable for damage directly caused by its actions, omissions or failure to fulfil its obligations. Nothing in these terms removes a right or liability that cannot be excluded under a mandatory rule.
Personal data
Using the forms, newsletter and certain features may involve the processing of personal data. The categories of data, purposes, providers and individuals’ rights are explained in our privacy policy.
